My name's Fabian. I'm a trans man born and raised in New York City, and I like to say I grew up on a bicycle. If you ask me who I am, I'm an artist; if you ask me what I do, I teach. If you ask me what I do as an artist, I say everything. My strength is not the mastery of one medium but rather my conversability in all of them. (I do actually mean all of them.) I like telling stories and love making comics, but I'm lately more and more drawn to the idea of telling a story across mediums rather than in a single form. As of July 2026, I've just finished my certificate in Comics and Narrative Arts at the Art Students' League of New York. I'm working on building a career as a comics artist, and I've started the second issue of my hand-painted self-published comic, Drag Queen Superhero. I'm also starting work on an interdisciplinary story that is, as of yet, untitled.
