My name's Fabian. I'm a trans man born and raised in New York City, and I like to say I grew up on a bicycle. If you ask me who I am, I'm an artist; if you ask me what I do, I teach. If you ask me what I do as an artist, I say everything. My strength is not the mastery of one medium but rather my conversability in all of them. And I do actually mean all of them.

I like telling stories and love making comics, but I'm lately more and more drawn to the idea of telling a story across mediums rather than in a single form. I've been writing prose fiction since the age of eleven and I'm hoping to integrate that more fully into my visual art.

As of July 2026, I've just finished my certificate in Comics and Narrative Arts at the Art Students' League of New York.

Current projects: 

I'm finishing up the roughs for the second issue of my hand-painted self-published comic, Drag Queen Superhero.

I'm also working on writing the narrative portion of an interdisciplinary project (art book? Illustrated novel? Novel with outside-of-the-novel parts?)  that is tentatively titled The Two-Eyed God.
